- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons rice vinegar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons minced ginger root
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 teaspoon sriracha sauce, or to taste
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 3/4 cup coconut milk
Instructions :

- Combine peanut butter, soy sauce, rice vinegar, ginger, honey, sriracha sauce, sesame oil, and garlic in a saucepan over medium-low heat. Add coconut milk; cook and stir until sauce is thickened to your desired consistency, 10 to 15 minutes.

- Water may be substituted for the coconut milk.
