- 1 head cauliflower, grated
- 1 cup trimmed asparagus, cut into 1-inch lengths
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
